First of all, does your system boot @ 3600 with your ram set at default values?

Can you be more specific regarding your cpu, your ram and your system's cooling solutions?

yes my system boot normal [system specification list]

ok, lets start from scratch.

From your answer I asume that your system boots @ 3600 with your ram set at default (or auto).

Are you overclocking your cpu using stock cooling? (intel air block)

Lets asume that your cpu is stable @3600.

What kind of voltage are you aplying to your ram?

What is the next (lower) overclocking stage (cpu and ram) that your system boots and is stable at? (by saying stable I mean orthos prime blend stress test stable, or even wprime stable)

What kind of multyplier are you applying to your ram?

Please let us know so we can assist you (not guessing)....

If I have to guess, I guess that Obijuan83 is right, and you have exceeded your system's potential. But this is not necesairy...
