Αργό Grub φόρτωμα...

Καλησπέρα,μπήκα και εγώ στον κόσμο του linux και έχω κάποιες απορίες...Έχω σε ένα φορητό ACER 3023WLMi περασμένη την 7.1 Gutsy ενώ το φόρτωμα του λειτουργικού γίνεται σύμφωνα με το bootchart σε 28 sec αντιθέτως το φόρτομα του grub κάνει πάνω απο 1μιση λεπτό... Έχει κανεις αντιμετωπίσει το ίδιο πρόβλημα...??:confused:

Για δώσε σε κονσόλα

sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

να δούμε τι έχεις στο αρχείο. Μπορει να είναι φορτωμένο γιαυτό να αργεί να bootarei.

Δεν νομιζω οτι εχει να κανει με τον grub. Αυτο έχει να κανει με τα services που φορτώνονται κατα την εκκίνηση.

Με το grub έχει να κάνει μιας και τα services φορτώνουν μετά απο το grub loader ....

Δηλαδη τι μπορεί να φταίει σε αυτό:

Πολλά μπορεί να συμβαίνουν πχ bios της μητρικής στο φορητό να κάνει έλεγχο για ιούς και γιαυτό να καθυστερεί,το θέμα είναι ότι το bios έχει πολύ απλό μενού...Άν έχει κανείς αντίστοιχο φορητό και έχει περάσει linux να μου πεί αν έχει το ίδιο πρόβλημα...

Δεν έχεις τίποτα παράξενο στον grub σου και τίποτα διαφορετικό απο κάπου αλλού θα είναι το πρόβλημα. Δες μέσω bios αν έχεις ρυθμίση την μιτρική να μπουτάρει απο το hard disk και όχι από το dvd
