Υπάρχει τρόπος να ορίσω και πού στο Outlook ημερομηνίες που θα λείπω με άδεια όταν θα παίρνω email τις συγκεκριμενες ημερομηνιες να στέλνετε ενα αυτόματο μήνυμα στον κάθε αποστολέα ότι λείπω με άδεια και επιστρεφώ στις κλπ. Ευχαριστώ.

Υπάρχει κάποιος exchange server; Αν είναι κλασσικό pop3 από κάποιον provider μόνο αν έχει κάποιο web interface που σου δίνει αυτή την δυνατότητα μπορείς να το κάνεις.

In Mail, on the Tools menu, click Out of Office Assistant.

The Out of Office Assistant command does not appear unless you are using an Exchange Server e-mail account and you are in the Mail view.

Click I am currently Out of the Office.

In the AutoReply only once to each sender with the following text box, type the message that you want to send to others while you are out.
