Nmap 6.00

Nmap ("Network Mapper") is a free and open source (license) utility for network exploration or security auditing. Many systems and network administrators also find it useful for tasks such as network inventory, managing service upgrade schedules, and monitoring host or service uptime.

Nmap uses raw IP packets in novel ways to determine what hosts are available on the network, what services (application name and version) those hosts are offering, what operating systems (and OS versions) they are running, what type of packet filters/firewalls are in use, and dozens of other characteristics. It was designed to rapidly scan large networks, but works fine against single hosts.

* Guest Additions: fixed handling of custom environment variables during VBoxManage guestcontrol execute

* Windows Additions: fixed guest driver crash of VBoxSF in certain cases (4.1.10 regression)

* Windows Additions: don't load the WDDM driver if 3D support is not available for Windows 8 guests to keep the guest maintainable in that case (still better to miss some features than providing a blank screen)

* Solaris Additions: added support for X.org Server 1.11 and 1.12

Updated Italian translation.

- Updated LZMA SDK for Bootstrapper to use the beta 9.22 SDK which is the only one available from 7-zip.

- Improved Recycle Bin support for non-NTFS drives on Windows.

- Fixed Scheduler display bug where tasks added using the Shell Context Menu could appear in the schedule as Not Queued even if it was configured to run automatically, if a task was already running.

- Disable all entropy mixing algorithms except SHA-1 so that Eraser can continue to function even when FIPS mode is enabled under Windows XP.

- Bug fix for CryptoAPI crash on startup under certain circumstances.

- Fixed persistence of non-default erasure methods for erasure targets.

- Allow users to exit from an invalid custom erasure method editor state if he clicks cancel or closes the dialog.
