Επιστρέψαμε με την Top30 λίστα

Για να μπορέσουμε να κρατήσουμε κάποια αξιοκρατικά κριτήρια σε αυτήν την Top30 λίστα θα ισχύσουν δύο απλοί κανόνες:

Για να κριθεί valid ένα αποτέλεσμα ώστε να μπει στην Top30 λίστα, απαιτείται η εμφάνιση του αποτελέσματος μαζί με το "Total computation time:" καθώς και το "The computation seems ok". Δηλαδή ένα screenshot πρέπει να περιέχει τα steps αλλά οπωσδήπότε το παρακάτω κομμάτι από τον υπολογισμό

Επίσης στο screenshot απαιτείται να φαίνεται το cpu frequency στο οποίο έτρεξε το TheLab PiFast.
Αν κάποιος χρήστης χρησιμοποιήσει αποτέλεσμα τρίτου για να μπει στην λίστα θα γίνεται δια παντών ban από αυτήν.

Αν δεν έχετε το TheLab PiFast v4.3 μπορείτε να το κατεβάσετε από εδώ.

Όσον αφορά τη βάση, αυτή θα ανανέωνεται σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα. Σε περίπτωση που νομίζετε ότι θα πρέπει να είσασταν στη λίστα ενώ δεν είστε θα πρέπει να επικοινωνείτε με τον RootX ή τον darkCount μέσω pm δίνοντας το link με το screenshot.

Και τέλος για την λειτουργικότητα της βάσης, πάτωντας το κουμπάκι screenshot θα ανοίγει ένα νέο πλαίσιο το οποίο θα περιέχει το screenshot.

Μέχρι στιγμής έχουν καταχωρηθεί όλα τα αποτελέσματα ασχέτως αν φαίνεται το "PI Calculation is done" ή όχι. Καλό θα ήταν οι χρήστες να ανανέωσουν τα συγκεκριμένα screenshots απλά κάνοντας upload νέο attachment στην συγκεκριμένη καταχώρηση τους.

Επειδή κάποιοι χρήστες ενδέχεται να ισοβαθμούν η κατάταξη θα γίνεται πλέον με χρονολογική σειρά καταχώρησης του αποτελέσματος

Update: Αλλαγή στον τρόπο καταχώρησης του αποτελέσματος

Φτιάξαμε αυτήν την φόρμα καταχώρησης για να μας βοήθεσετε να καταχωρούμε τα αποτελέσματα πιο γρήγορα και με μεγαλύτερη λεπτομέρεια. Τα screenshots θα συνεχίσετε να τα καταχωρείτε σε αυτό το thread και αφού γίνει αυτό θα συμπληρώνετε την φόρμα. Στο μέλλον οι καταχωρήσεις που κάνετε στην φόρμα θα καταχωρούνται αυτόματα αλλά.. έχουμε καιρό για αυτό

Μια τυπική καταχώρηση πρέπει να είναι κάπως έτσι:

Μην ξεχνάτε ότι το screenshot πρέπει πρώτα να καταχωρηθεί σε αυτό το θέμα και μετά θα συμπληρώσετε την φόρμα. Ελπίζουμε να σας αρέσει

Γειά σας παιδιά.....

"Φτιάξαμε" ένα benchmark βασισμένο στο Pi-fast έτσι ώστε να μπορεί να το τρέξει εύκολα ο καθένας......

Είναι στην τελευταία έκδοση του Pi-fast 4.3 ....

Χωρίς υποσχέσεις, θα προσπαθήσουμε να φτιάξουμε μία ΔΙΚΗ μας database που θα μπορούν και οι ξένοι να ποστάρουν τα αποτελέσματά τους (γιά να προβληθεί και λίγο η Ελλαδίστα)......

Όχι είναι πολύ πιό καινούργια έκδοση και χρησιμοποιεί και όλες τις εντολές των καινούργιων επεξεργαστών......

PiFast features

Computes decimal digits of pi, e=exp(1), sqrt2, with the high limit of 17 billion digits.

Very fast (fastest pi program available on the web - July 5 2003).

Much more economical in memory than other pi programs.

Parameters can be used to fit in the memory machine (memory saved <-> time lost).

Able to handle disk memory for very large computations, permitting to compute much more digits than could be contained in the physical memory.

Very large computations can be done in several chunks.

Can compute a lot of other predefined constants (log(2), zeta(3), ...) with many formulas.

User can define his own formula to compute a constant.

Can compress directly the output result and later, decompress all or part of it.

Current version : Version 4.3

Version 4.3 is released (July 2003). This version is slightly faster than the previous version. Contains bug corrections; theoritical limit size has increased from 12 Gigas to 16 Gigas decimal digits. More features and informations on pifast can be found in the doc.txt file on the downlad page.

Οι επιλογές δεν θα πρέπει να αλλοιωθούν, αλλιώς δεν θα έχουμε συγκρίσιμα αποτελέσματα.

Το πρόγραμμα διαβάζει τις τιμές από το txt, και παίρνει αυτόματα τις παραμέτρους.
