Alphacool Support fail

Μου εσπασαν τα νευρα οι Γερμαναραδες της Alphacool και δεν είναι η πρώτη φορα.

Κανεις μία απλη ερωτηση και σου απαντουν σαν ασχετοι ή σαν να βαριουνται:rant::rant::rant::rant:

Παραθετω την συνομιλια κόβοντας τα best regards και τις υπογραφες.

I have a laing DDC-1T pump installed on your single bay res. . I recently purchased the Alphacool Repack - Quad Laing DDC - Dual 5,25 Bay Station , but unfortunately I see no installation manual.

Could you please send me the instructions on how to mount the pump??

we do not have a instruction manual for, because it is already premounted. :O

Please forgive me, maybe I didnt explain it the way I should have

I have a laing DDC-1T pump

And I want to install it on this

If I understand correctly seeing this pdf

I need to remove the pump housing and screw the housing screws directly to this black extension that accomodates up to two pumps.

However I need to be sure before taking such action, so I need your confirmation since a bad installation might result to hardware being damaged.

Is the above procedure the correct procedure??

we don’t have a manual for the Laing pumps how to take the top of it. But simply you have to get the for screws out and install the pump on the reservoir. :O:O:O:O

This isnt remotely what I asked you...

First of all let me make this clear, your company has amazing products. I built my whole watercooling system around your products and I simply love the quality and efficiency .

However your support is mildly put... lacking...

I asked you a simple question which I had to explain twice!! (the second time with pictures....!!!).

When I contact alphacool about alphacool products I expect a proper response.

Your response suggests that maybe you didnt understand my question or that you were too lazy to answer it!!

Maybe you just didn't want to answer my question?

I was polite and patient up until that last response. Please send me the email of your supervisor to whom I will forward all today's emails. I have to warn you that these will go online on forums to point out the quality of Alphacool's support.

It is a pity because you really do have excellent products.

Αυτα... θα ελεγα μην ξαναπαρετε τιποτα δικο τους αλλά όντως έχουν πολυ καλα προιοντα, αλλά ίσως σαν καταναλωτες να πρεπει να πραττουμε και μεις αναλογα.

Εγω οταν λεω οτι οι ανθρωποι (Γερμαναραδες) μπορει να εχουν παρα πολυ καλα προιοντα και απιστευτο RD αλλα το μυαλο τους δεν μπορει να δει το προφανες ορισμενοι φιλοι γελουν μαζι μου.

Ειναι απιστευτοι μ@λ@..ς και δεν υπαρχει περιπτωση να αλλαξουν ποτε τους.

Τωρα από την αλλη μην αποκλειεις οτι βλεποντας οτι εισαι Ελληνας να σου κανουν σπασιμο νευρων.
