RMA σε ddr2 μνημες super-talent

Εχω κάτι μνήμες super-talent dual channel kit 2x512 pc6400 οι οποίες είναι off.

Και είπα για πλάκα χθές να κάνω μια αίτηση για RMA στην supertalent.

Και απάντησαν μετά την αίτηση τα παρακάτω

Have you ever tested the memories on another computer?

Please clean the dirt on the golden finger of the memory, then re-install it into your PC, make sure all the pins are connected. At the same time please try to insert you memory in different PCs to affirm it's the memory's problem.

1,According to your description, please check your memory in the following way: checking the ram before booting up with Memtest86 - Download now!

Also please test the memory on another computer to see if it works.

Download and burn the .iso image to a CD, set your computer to boot from the CD, put the disc in and boot it up.

Memtest will start a series of tests, if you get errors then you know something is broken or incompatible. 99% of the time good working, compatible ram will have no errors.

2,After the checking, if it affirms that it's the memory's problem. We'd like to do RMA for you.

Please provide us the invoice( receipt ) or transaction record with attachment,

Then we can issue RMA for you more smoothly.

Απόδειξη δεν έχω γιατι τότε τις είχα πάρει μεταχ/νες,τωρα το transaction record with attachment δεν καταλαβαίνω τι είναι.

Τι λέτε αξίζει να τις στείλω μπάς και στείλουν μεγαλύτερες?
